Permanent Long-Term Parking Lot (Phased Opening)

The new Entrance (temporary) and exit lane to the long term lot. The entrances features a modern Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS), with contactless payment and remote, back-end management.The old temporary long-term lot featured north-south parking striping while the new permanent long-term lot will feature east-west parking striping.The yet-to-be-finished drive lanes already connect the finished section of the long-term lot. At the time of taking of this picture, the fire water main was being laid into place.
