Lost and Found
Customers who lose personal items at MRY can inquire to different lost and found departments, depending on where the item was last seen.
Items Left on an Aircraft
Personal items left on board an aircraft are stored and maintained by the specific air carrier. Those items are not submitted to the Airport Lost and Found. Passengers must contact their airline directly to determine if the lost item is in their posession. If you need the phone number for your airline, view the list of airlines currently serving Monterey Regional Airport.
Items Left in Public Areas
The Monterey Regional Airport Lost and found is located on the second floor of the terminal building in the Administration Offices. Our business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Lost and Found staff will secure all items found in public areas, including the terminal building, parking lots, TSA security checkpoints, gate areas and curbside. Our staff will make every effort to research and locate potential owners.
We do not take custody of items lost on board aircraft (see above) or in vehicles such as rental cars, taxis or ridesharing vehicles.
